In Mohamed Camara's 'Destiny', the romance between Manga and Sori is at the centre. The problem arises when their parents get the seal of their relationship and put everything in place to ensure that the two young boys stop seeing each other. This triggers a series of events that affect the relationship between Manga and Sori. But despite countless attempts to wriggle them apart, Manga and Sori seem bound by a common destiny.

Mohamed Camara
Born in Conakry, Guinea. Camara trained with Blanche Salant at the American Center, with Peter Brook at the Bouffes du Nord and with Gabriel Garrand at the International Theater. In the theater, he performed mainly under the direction of Patrice Chéreau and made numerous appearances in film and television. He has directed two short films, Denko (Grand Prix and Prix de la Presse at the 1993 Clermont-Ferrand Festival) and Minka. 'Destiny' was his first feature film.
