TW:
We encounter Prelle at a time in her life where her past has caught up to her and she has to find a new way of living. Trapped between her dreams, societal expectations, and the limitations of reality, she relies on her music to escape and express herself. By mixing classic documentary, music video, and magical realism, Anita Beikpour’s directorial debut is an honest portrayal of this young, charismatic nonconformist.
